Beat curds till smooth. Add salt. Chop onions. Grind ginger
and garlic and slice green chillies. Heat the fat. Fry onions, ground garlic
and ginger, chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric. Fry well. Add green
chillies and cumin. Fry well. Add green chillies and cumin. Fry for a minute or
two longer. Remove. Cool a little. Add beaten curds. Mix well. Return to fire
and heat for a few minutes stirring all the time. Garnish with chopped
coriander leaves.
