Young potatoes (small and round)

Red chillies

Tamarind

Groundnut oil

Salt
to taste 
80 – 100gms


Wash, boil and peel the potatoes. Heat oil and fry potatoes. Grind chillies and tamarind. When potatoes are fried, add chillies, tamarind, salt and enough water to make a thick gravy. Reduce fire and cook potatoes till gravy is thick.
