Bakmi Goreng Jawa














Ingredients

Egg noodles
1 ¼ kg
Oil

Garlic paste
20gms
Leek stalk – chopped
40gms
Cabbage – shredded
40gms
Bean sprouts
30gms
Onions – sliced
40gms
Tomatoes – sliced
1 (80 g)
Red chilli paste
20gms
Soy sauce
4 tsp
Eggs – scrambled
4
MSG
a pinch
Salt
to taste 


Bring plenty of water to a boil. Add a few drops of oil. Add the egg noodles and boil for two minutes. Drain the noodles and keep aside. Heat the oil in a wok. Add garlic paste and saute for two minutes. Then add all the vegetables, the boiled noodles, red chilli paste, soy sauce and the seasoning. Toss well for one minute.

Serve hot, garnished with scrambled egg if so desired.
