Aromatic Tandoori Marinade



Ingredients

Plain yoghurt
5 ounces
Sesame or mustard oil
2 tbsp
Fresh lemon juice (or bottled)
2 tbsp
Garlic cloves chopped

Fresh ginger (1 inch)
1
Green chillies – chopped
2
Fresh coriander leaves – chopped
1 tbsp
Dried onion flakes
4 tbsp
Ground almonds
2 tbsp
Salt
½ tsp
Milk
100ml

Spices:


Coriander seeds
2 tbsp
Sesame seeds
1 tbsp
Green cardamom seeds
1 tbsp
Fennel seeds
1 tbsp


Put yogurt, oil, lemon, garlic, ginger, chillies, leaves into blender and pulse until smooth. Add remaining stuff including spices, and pulse again. You will probably need more milk until mix is easy to pour. Add a little milk and see result. Put in fridge until needed.
