Ingredients
Quantity

Vinegar
as required
Ginger
50gms
Garlic
50gms
Coriander seeds
5gms
Cumin seeds
5gms
Cinnamon
5gms
Cardamoms
5gms
Cloves
5gms
Red chillies (peri peri)
200gms
Mace
5gms


Paste all the above ingredients together with the vinegar. No water should be used for the masala. When the paste is fine, it is ready.
