Mooli And Sprouted Moong Cuchumber




Ingredients
For 15

Green radish leaves
1 bunch
Sprouted green gram
100gms
Lime
1
Green chillies
10gms
Peanuts flour (roast peanuts and powder)
10gms
Onions
20gms
Oil
15ml
Mustard seeds
a pinch
Salt
to taste


Wash and chop radish leaves finely. Chop onion. Steam sprouted gram for about 5 minutes. Mix with radish leaves. Add salt and peanut flour. Heat oil, add mustard seeds. When they crackle, pour over the radish and gram mixture. Add lime juice and mix well and serve.
