Ingredients

Coriander
250gms
Red chillies (use fifty per cent of the mild variety or remove seeds)
100gms
Cumin
5gms
Fennel (saunf)
2gms
Turmeric
10gms
Cloves
2gms
Cinnamon
5gms


Roast separately red chillies and coriander. Add cumin and remove from fire. Add pepper, turmeric, cloves, cinnamon and fennel. Mix well and powder fine. Bottle and use as required. As a rule of thum use 3 table spoon level for 1 kg of meat.
