Wash, clean and cut meat with bines. Grind together the
onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, ginger, coconut and garlic. Heat fat,
add ground masala and fry for a few minutes. Add meat, salt and enough water to
cook till meat is tender. Add garam masala and mix well.
Pulao
Boil water with garam masala and salt. Add washed and
drained rice and simmer for 5 minutes. Drain. In a strong pan melt half the fat.
Put in rice and meat in layers. Pour remaining melted fat on top, when the
layers are completed. Seal and keep in the oven for 10 -15 minutes.
