Strawberry lassi























Ø  400g/14oz ripe strawberries, hulled
Ø  240ml/8½fl oz good-quality plain yoghurt
Ø  2 tbsp sugar, or to taste
Ø  ice cubes, to serve
           
            
 Place the strawberries, yoghurt and sugar into a blender and blend until frothy and smooth.
 To serve, pour into serving glasses filled with ice.
