Ø 6 small onions, quartered
Ø 6 small tomatoes, quartered
Ø 6 cauliflower florets
Ø 6 baby potatoes
Ø 1/2 lb. chickpeas
Ø 1 tsp. ginger paste
Ø 1 tsp. garlic paste
Ø 1 tbsp. oil
Ø 1 tsp. salt or to taste
Heat oil in a non stick frying pan and fry the onions, ginger and garlic, tomatoes and
potatoes for five minutes. Next, add the cauliflower florets, chickpeas and salt. Cook till done
