Ø 1 ¼ cups boiled and flaked chicken
Ø 3 cups chicken stock
Ø 3 tblsp corn flour
Ø Salt to taste
Ø ½ cup finely shredded cabbage
Ø 1 small tin mushrooms
Ø 1 cup prawns
Ø 3 stalks finely chopped, celery
Ø 2 small sliced white onion
Ø 8 flakes of crushed garlic
Ø ½ inch finely sliced ginger
Ø ½ cup oil
Ø 2 bunch of chopped spring onions
Heat the oil. Now fry sliced onions, ginger and garlic for 2 minutes. Now add prawns and fry till tender or well cooked. Then mix in celery, mushrooms, cabbage, spring onions and fry for a minute. Now add corn flour in the stock and blend it homogeneously together. Then add all the chopped vegetables. Stir till boiling. Then add in salt and chicken. Then remove from the flame after a minute. Serve at once.
