Cabbage & Mashed Potato Curry



















Ø  1 lb. cabbage, shredded
Ø  1/2 lb. potatoes, boiled and mashed
Ø  1 tsp. cumin seeds
Ø  1 tsp. ginger
Ø  1 tsp. turmeric powder
Ø  1 tsp. chilli powder
Ø  1 tsp. salt or to taste
Ø  2 tbsp. oil

Heat oil in a large non-stick frying pan ,and fry the cumin seeds and ginger paste for
half a minute, and add the shredded cabbage. After 15 minutes, add the mashed potatoes with
turmeric and chilli powders, salt, and cook for another 15 minutes.
