Boil and mash potatoes. Boil and mash carrots and peas. Chop
onions and capsicum fine. Soak bread. Heat the oil. Saute onions and capsicum.
Add mashed vegetables and bread with moisture squeezed out. Add cayenne pepper,
salt and beaten egg. Mix well. Shape into hamburgers 5 cm (2”) in diameter.
Shallow fry.
