Masala prawns














Ingredients

For 10
Prawns
1kg
Red chillies
8 to 10
Garlic
½ pod
Cumin
¼ tsp
Salt
to taste 
Vinegar
2 tbsp
Onions
1kg
Oil
50ml


Shell prawns, de-vein. Wash well. Grind to a fine paste, chillies, garlic, cumin and salt, using vinegar. Apply well on prawns. Set aside for half an hour. Heat the oil. Lightly fry chopped onions. Add prawns. Fry for 5 minutes. Cover and cook over a slow fire in its own gravy till done. Remove and serve hot.
